Bodegas Velarcos Vermouth Red is a vermouth made from Palomino in Spain. Palomino is the main grape of sherry, used for both dry and sweet fortified wines. Southern Spain, with its hot climate and white chalky soil, is known for sherry.
Vermouth is infused with herbs and spices and is served as an aperitif. The wine can be served with cheese and sweets or as a calm closing glass.
