Consent to personal data processing

1. Who gives consent and to whom

By ticking the consent box in a form on vinoteca.jimagie.com (registration, sign-in, password reset, sommelier question, review, news subscription), the user freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of their personal data by the controller, the Vinoteca online shop, on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.

2. Data

Name; phone; e-mail address; password stored as an irreversible hash; rating and text of a review; text of an enquiry and the page it was sent from; technical data (browser and device type, IP address in server logs).

3. Purposes of processing

Creating and running an account; answering an enquiry and feedback; publishing a review; sending news to subscribers.

4. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, organising, storage, correction, use, deletion and destruction, using automated means. Data may be processed by providers without which the site cannot run (hosting, e-mail service) under confidentiality. It is not passed to other third parties except where the law requires it.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@vinoteca.jimagie.com. After withdrawal the data is deleted unless the law requires it to be kept. The record of consent (date and time, text version, page of submission) is kept together with the data it relates to.
