Maison Quervel Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay in France. Chardonnay gives wines ranging from fresh and mineral to round and creamy when aged in oak. The cool climate and chalky soils of north-eastern France suit sparkling wines with high acidity.
The traditional method means a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives fine bubbles and a complex taste. The wine is fitting as an aperitif and for a special occasion.
