Description
Penwarden's 5 Years Malvasia Sweet is a sweet fortified wine made from Malvasia in Portugal. The island of Madeira is known for fortified wines that do not fear oxidation and can be kept for decades.
Fortified wine is made by adding grape spirit, so these wines are stronger than usual and keep longer. The wine is served with dessert, cheese or on its own at the end of dinner.
